RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage, motivate, and supervise accounting team, and foster cross-functional communication and cooperation
• Ensure compliance of accounting records, Tax, BOI, Transfer Pricing and other matters with general accepted accounting principles, BOI and local regulations
• Responsible for improvement of existing accounting practices/procedures, and ensure good internal control
• Liaise with shareholders’ finance team, internal-external auditors, and The Revenue Department regarding accounting, taxation, Transfer Pricing and other accounting related issues.

 QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor or Master Degree in Accounting
• At least 10 years of management/supervisory experience in an accounting role
• CPD required, CPA preferred
• Extensive knowledge and experiences of month-end closing, budgeting, financial reporting and analysis, accounting principles and practices, taxation, preferably BOI
• Strong knowledge in accounting standards and taxation, preferably BOI regulations
• Internal control mindset
• Good analytical skills, including the ability to extract, compile and analyze data
• Self-driven and able to work independently
• Good personality, interpersonal and leadership skills, and positive thinking
• Good ability to communicate in English, both verbally and written.
