Job Responsibilities

  • Developing Omni-Channel strategy across the whole company
  • Activation plans and manage all of the execution.
  • Develop, recommend and support all digital sales strategies
  • In collaboration with digital marketing, customer segment, and sales channels to execute lead management (ie. lead sourcing, lead scoring and prioritization, lead nurturing) plans that align to business goals (sales and revenue generation)
  • Help prioritize product roadmaps and influence go-to-market monetization strategies for current and new offerings
  • Explore and develop additional revenue streams
  • Guide advertising, digital marketing teams and related parties to create compelling programs for online to offline
  • Maintain strong awareness of online and offline competitive landscapes.
  • Manage squad team from planning, executing and ensuring accurate/timely reporting is provided.  Influence improvements for effectiveness, efficiencies and profitability
  • Coach and develop more junior teammates


  • Experience Required: 5 to 10 years
  • Direct experience in digital marketing and lead management is preferred
  • Have strong analytical and strategic thinking
  • Background in consulting is a plus
  • Have ability to work in a dynamic working environment, and comfortable with change. Understand agile way of work is a plus
