Responsibilities:

• Maintaining a safe environment for building occupants and visitors.
• Managing budget and manpower also directing cleaning and security staff and activities.
• Monitoring building safety and security; leading the development of staff capacity and performance; building positive relationships with tenant and resolving problems as they arise on a daily basis.
• Handling recommendations and advice to building owners on strategies and steps to take to ensure the smooth running of a building property.

Qualification:

• Bachelor's Degree in any field.
• At least 10 years of experience in Property management.
• Excellence in communication and ability to communicate in English.
