Job Description:

  • Drive company sales target achievement by proposing and providing eCommere and digital marketing end-to-end solutions to prospect clients.
  • Plan and develop sales strategy and direction to achieve the target
  • Manage sales target in accordance with project profit & loss.
  • Control, analyze and improve sales process (Sales’ activities vs KPI) along with Digital Marketing & eCommerce team to maximize the profit.
  • Ensure excellent data insight, management, and quality strategies are implemented for the client.
  • Collaborate and develop relationships with clients, internal teams and partners to understand the feasibility of online business recommendations.
  • Evaluate & monitor the individual sales performance with improvement plan.
  • Control sales documentations (MSA, SOW, NDA, PO etc.) with related departments.
  • Closely work with internal/external teams to ensure all operation process runs seamlessly.
  • Perform any related duties and special projects as assigned.


  • Bachelor or higher degree in any field.
  • Experience in a leadership role with managerial skills is preferred.
  • 5+ years’ sales experience with eCommerce business and/or digital marketing agency will be priority.
  • Excellent project management ability, cross-departmental coordination ability.
  • Strong analytical, communication, teamwork, and problem solving with result-oriented tracks.
  • Having certain business logic capabilities, business perspicacity, better insight of consumer minds and digging up consumer's journey of online shopping & digital media platforms.
  • Good personality, cheerful, optimistic, and resilient to pressure, strong communication skills and self-driven.
