Role

• Associate Director will be expected to have demonstrated expertise during his/her career regarding one or more of the key Innovation for Sustainability Practices (ESG Advisory, Energy Transition & Climate Strategy, Natural Capital Solutions)
• Associate Director will be required to manage teams and execute delivery of high-quality client assignments
• Associate Director will support the Managing Director of Innovation for Sustainability, as well as other
• Managing Directors, in achieving key metrics regarding client and staff satisfaction/retention, business and service development.

Job Scope

• Generate annual business development plan and support/lead the proposal writing process as necessary
• Manage a growing team including junior managers, associates and analysts
• Responsible for execution of client assignments, providing leadership, supervision and structure to colleagues
• Present strategic recommendations to clients

Qualifications:

• Minimum 10 years of experience in relevant fields
• Master’s degree in Sustainability, Finance, Business, Economics or related fields
• Creative thinking and those willing to challenge existing preconceptions
• Proficient in English (written, spoken and reading)
• Demonstrable expertise in sustainability, the energy sector, financial analysis
