Job scope:
- Lead development of Annual Operating Plan, and monthly Rolling Forecast on Operating Expense specifically in Manufacturing Overhead and Logistics costs.
- Actively monitor and analyze monthly actual spending vs. plan and vs. forecast by cost centers by accounts. Identify key variance and underlining reasons/root causes.
- Work closely with functional heads/cost center owners to identify/flag risks and opportunities on Operating Expense. Find cost-saving ideas and mitigation plans for any overrun. Follow-up on the implementation of ideas/actions.
- Prepare monthly Operating Expense performance report by cost center and review with Management as well as functional heads/cost center owners on monthly basis.
Qualifications:
- BBA and Master degree in Finance or Accounting from reputable university
- Solid technical/functional knowledge in Finance and Accounting and understanding of product costing, manufacturing process and cost drivers and Familiar with SAP
- Relevant work experience in Finance, preferably FMCG and Manufacturing exposure
- 3-5 years in Finance manager position with people management exposure
- Strong analytical skills,Good written and spoken English
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly in Excel
- Ability to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and focus on priorities
- Strong communication and people skills, able to influence management
