Job Responsibilities:

• Lead above-category product innovation and new business opportunities to delight new target consumers, build a brand foundation with a strong portfolio to bring incremental market growth.
• Lead incubator projects from the idea to launch, responsible for the ROI, financial budgeting, revenue of the whole project.
• Deliver, in collaboration with Category/channel and Customer teams, shopper experiences that delight consumers/shoppers
• Collaborate with internal multi-functional resources and external stakeholders in the delivery of specific innovation projects.

Qualifications: 

• A minimum holder of Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or any related fields. 
• Experienced in innovation strategy, execution, and concept development. 
• Experience in leading and managing cross-functional teams.
