Job Scope:
- Populate Occasion Matrix and Align commercial team on current role of packs and white space
- Mine existing studies and present findings - to key stakeholders - that elevate their understanding on the roleof packs
- Engage with Region/Sector/Global and research agency to translate brief into agency proposal
- Facilitate Channel and Account Segmentation
- Develop spend strategy by sub-segment that maximizes channel/account opportunity and captures investment priorities
- Facilitate brand, spending type for Marketing team and trade marketing team
- Develop with Sales Leaders mix targets by geography/channel to achieve Net Revenue and MC targets
- Review Mix Management Levers and develop mix strategy to achieve targets
- Manage trade terms by channel and account in adherence with commercial policy
- To manage pricing and discount in system as business competitive requirement
Qualifications:
- University graduate in Management or related fields
- Good command of written and spoken English
- Good management skill on projects and business partners
- Attend to details and multi-tasking
- Good analytical skill and strategic thinking
- Creative, efficient and independent
