Responsibility: 

• Support Project Lead with IA and SOX planning and coordination
• Anticipate and manage obstacles, formulate effective solutions
• Prepare and maintain audit work papers; draft concise, persuasive audit reports
• Design testing procedures relevant to risk and test/control objectives

Qualification: 

• Experience in Internal Audit in Manufacturing
• Big 4 audit/consulting experience, CPA/CIA/CISA preferred
• SxUS GAAP, SEC, and SOX reporting requirements.
• Solid understanding of accounting, processes, and internal controls
