Job Scope: 

Responsible for the management of Sales & Business Development functions to effectively support the company’s business and growth objectives.

• To undertake overall responsibility for the Sales Team (Consumer Industrial).
• To ensure accurate sales forecasting data from the sales team to be used as the basis for internal planning control.
• To manage the full implementation of new SL9 system for the sales & Marketing Dept. and to liaise with the MIS dept. to automate sales functions and provide all necessary reports for sales analysis.
• To ensure that the daily jobs and duties within the sales office to be carried out smoothly and completed in a timely manner with the assistant of the Sales Admin. Staff.
• To Monitor cost of sales to ensure that the profit contribution to meet up the growth objectives of the company. 

​Qualifications:

• Male/ Female, Age 35-45 Years ( Japanese Nationality Only)
• Minimum Experience in Sales or Business Development 5 years in industries sales (Electric Home Appliance & Electronics parts or Automotive).
• Fluent in spoken and written English
• Hunter type to get new customers and new projects from existing customers.
• Excellent presentation skills, interpersonal communication and negotiation skill.
