Job Scope:

• Provides leadership and coaching to IT teams and work in strong collaboration.
• Works closely with Management to provide input on the IT budget. 
• Planning and coordination of IT initiatives, innovative solutions and proactive service support on request
• Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors during project execution. 
• Working closely with other department managers to assess the growth needs and maintenance of the company’s network.
• Constructing and implementing plans to ensure the company’s network continues to operate smoothly in the event of a problem.

Qualifications:

• At least 5 years of IT experience including managing teams responsible for design and deployment, systems lifecycle management and infrastructure planning and operations.
• Working experience as Desktop Support, IT Support, IT Client Support or related fields over 5 years.
• ITIL knowledge is preferable.
• Enthusiastic, hardworking, fast learner, initiator and able to work efficiently under pressure. 
• Good command of English.
