Major responsibilities include:

• Lead Underwriter for  Digital Underwriting – a portfolio-based, automated approach for micro and small exposures. “If it fits, it binds”
• Develop a scalable rule base to service the opportunity at the center of group risk consolidation and the evolution of binding authority
• Drive an intuitive user experience that is digitized, repeatable and flexible for future unknowns
• Close collaboration with various functional teams across the organization including, actuarial, corporate underwriting, technology, business intelligence, marketing, legal, operating and distribution
• “Co-Own” profitability with Head of Medical Underwriting and Claims COE and manage it through a portfolio-based underwriting approach
