Responsibilities : 

• Responsible for overall contract management
• Coordinate with LOB and 3^rd party to enforce on compliance.
• Develop team
• Develop policy and guideline to ensure that all operations comply with regulations
• Support new business by providing legal opinion on new projects or dealing with external parties on complicated issues.

Qualifications :

• LLB or LLM holder
• Over 10 years’ experience in property management or retail businesses
• Good command of English
• Ability to work under pressure
• Solid knowledge and experience in property laws and contract management
• Ability to work with business leader and external parties
