Responsibilities: 

1)Strategic planning for the development of the franchise

  • Provide the strategic vision, planning expertise, and operational leadership required to achieve business objectives and goals.
  • Understand the nature of franchise business, activities from competitor in the same industry, and franchise business from other industries.
  • Understand own shop operation and knowhow to strengthen franchise system with special focus on merchandise and operation.
  • Ensures that franchisees receive the organizational strategy, including promotions, products, and any other standardized rules.
  • Conduct nationwide/regional/key dealer meeting, as well as frequent dealer visit to strengthen the relationship with each franchisee.
  • Maintain agreement as well as new and renewals of existing agreement.
  • Ensure obligation of both franchisor and franchisee are fulfilled.
  • Monitor franchisee’s operation in accordance with the agreement.
  • Support activities to align standardized rules.
  • Monitor franchisees’ operation to reach company’s guidelines
  • Support business improvement of underperformed shops.
  • Develop and evaluate franchise strategy
  • Understand and analyze competitors’ activities as well as franchise business in other industries

2)Expansion of the network

  • Feasibility study and evaluate new franchise applicants.Support business improvement of underperformed shops.

Qualification :

  • Thai male aged 35 – 50 years old
  • Bachelor or Higher Degree in Marketing or Business Management or any related field
  • At least 10 years of relevant working experience
  • Ability to travel nationwide
  • Experience in franchise businesses such as automotive or food and beverages and etc.
  • Knowledge of marketing, business strategic management development, and basic finance
  • Strong in initiative and project management to address new challenges
  • Leadership and influencing leading and directing the work of others.
  • Good command of English with at least 750 for TOEIC or 6 for IELTS
  • Computer literacy and good in presentation both materials and presentation skill
  • Business literacy, good personality, self-driven and strong commitment with excellent service delivery. Good attitude, interpersonal and communication skills
