Responsibilities: 
 

• Constructing and implementing plans to ensure the company’s network continues to operate smoothly in the event of a problem
• Working closely with other department Managers to assess the growth needs and maintenance of the company’s network
• Interface with business unit managers to define infrastructure support initiatives and solutions for improving service efficiency and effectiveness
• Creating and implementing the source code of application. Testing source code and debugging code.

Qualifications:

• At least 5 years of IT experience including managing teams responsible design and deployment, systems lifecycle management and infrastructure planning and operations.
• In-depth knowledge of programming for diverse operating systems and platforms using development tools; such as C#, Java (J2EE) etc.
• Excellent understanding of software design and programming principles.
