Responsibility:

• Develop and foster meaningful relationships with key audit clients and department head in order to remain attuned to the needs of the business and maintain an agile and value-added audit plan

• Lead audit and advisory engagements with a focus on execution excellence and provide the practical recommendation to client. In addition, actively support company’s goal of reducing external audit fees

• Lead assigned audit through risk analysis, control identification, audit program development, test work, and report.

• Play an active role in ongoing continuous improvement efforts, including optimizing our Internal Audit Operating Model, and champion the resulting changes with the team

​Qualification:

• Minimum of 8 years experienced in internal auditing or accounting areas that includes 2 years management level
• Detailed and result oriented, problem solving, interpersonal, and leadership skills
• Ability to travel up-country for branch audit
