Report to
Senior Marketing Manager
Responsibility:
- Leading end-to-end digital marketing strategies across portfolios.
- Translate data insights into actions and decision that will drive revenue, brand impact, user growth, engagement and overall marketing and sales effectiveness.
- Work with brands and cross-functional teams to design and deliver integrated eBusiness strategies, including online consumer engagement, digital leadership and expansion of online share in e-Commerce.
- Provide thought leadership in the areas of digital and online commerce in order to help creating a stronger business result.
- Work closely with all concerned parties to develop and execute integrated digital marketing and communications plans in line with brand priorities.
- Works in partnership with communication agencies and ensure effective digital brand communication. Support in driving FMCG brands assets/touch points (Facebook, YouTube, Website, Twitter, Instagram) by ensuring consumer centricity, applies innovation levers and maintains vibrancy via innovation.
- Develop and manage relationships with internal stakeholders and vendors in support of the goals, to ensure adoption/adaption of tools and solutions, and global guidelines and playbooks where applicable.
- Plan and develop digital strategy & campaigns, budget assignment, media planning, post & pre evaluation of campaign contents.
- Work closely with media partners in leveraging media partnership.
Qualification:
- Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or other related fields.
- Minimum 7-10 years of experience in Digital Marketing.
- Strong background in developing and implementing digital activities, preferably for FMCG brands.
- Strong analytical and conceptual skills.
- Strong project and change management as well as implementation skills.
- Sound knowledge of SEO/SEM, display, native, social, in-app media.
- Technically savvy and demonstrate an understanding of digital tools and solutions.
- Strong command of English & Thai.
