Responsibility: 

• Work closely with Agency leaders and prepare an annual strategic action plan to achieve KPIs
• Implement the regional tasks of executing agreed agency strategies, providing governance and ensuring transfer of best practices between entities with in-depth ground support
• Ensure on quality and productivity of Agency Force to achieve the desirable level as targeted by the Company
• Responsible for sales value, volume, teams’ performance, agency development, territorial and branch expansion and operation.

Qualification:

• Strong in commercial sense, digital or tech savvy with agile mindset
• Thai national aged not over 50 years old
• Experience in setting up own business or start-up company is welcomed
