AVP/Mgr – Contact Center

VP – Claim Operation

Responsibilities:

  • Assess the technological solutions to be implemented within the contact center to improve the service level, create multiple touch-points and automated processes for the clients.
  • Standardize and regularly improve service level of contact center covering CS, claim service and enquiries from all communication platforms.
  • Understand new business requirement quickly to develop a new service in relation to Contact Center

Qualifications:

  • Motor claim FNOL call center is required
  • At least a 7-year of Contact Center experience
  • At least 3-year of non-life insurance experience
