Responsibilities:
· Responsible for HRM and HRD for the business covering almost 2,000 outlets nationwide
· Supervise and coach around 30-40 HR members
· Suggest strategy and work as HRBP during this fragile and agile business situation
Qualifications:
Mature and agile mindset
· At least 15 years’ working experience in HR functions with Thai and or family business
· At least 10 years’ experience in retail industry
· At least bachelor degree from a leading university
· Ability to work in VUCA situation and environment
· Strong leadership and people management competency
