 • The candidate must have a characteristic of being affable, attentive and reliable with a service-minded at heart. He/she is able to develop a positive relationship with other employees and willingly to acts immediately in response to the needs of others.

• The candidate must have good leadership skills with a growth-mindset to be able to lead, build trust and thrive upon any challenges or uncertainties.

• Having a good understanding of HR role and responsibilities in general while also being inquisitive in constantly updating and stay alert on any changes in law & regulation, such as tax policy and labour regulation acts, that could potentially impact the company.

• Having a good communication and negotiation skills along with emotional intelligence which will allow the company to be able to develop positive relationships with both internal; employees, and external parties; government and other related departments.

• A good listener and problem-solver, who able to act on the behalf of the company in lending an ear to employees and ease out the situations that could potentially cause an unsatisfaction or negative feelings led the staffs being demotivated or not reaching one’s full potential.

• Being justice and neutral, a person looks after for both company and employee’ benefits including law ®ulation, labor salary, bonus and social security etc.

• Dependable person, this means a person is trustworthy and reliable for the company to share or discuss information that considered to be a private matter with. He/she will neither have a tendency nor share/ expose such information with anyone.

• Having a positive mindset, a person seeks to enhance and reinforce a positive culture among the working environment which believe to encourage the individual satisfaction, teamwork and effective work manner among the workplace. For instance, organize events or activities that would encourage a positive feeling and team building among the organization.

• Having a well-understanding and prior experiences in ‘Recruitment &Retention process’ as also ‘Human resource development (HRD)’. A person is likely to assist the company in effectively targeting and attracting the right candidates. Likewise, an actively seeking for appropriate ‘Training& Development schemes’ that would enhance individual employee’s knowledge, skills and organization as a whole.

• Good at paperwork and familiar with ISO working system as also knowledgeable in Occupational safety and Working Environmental area. 


Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Human Resource Management or related field.

• Minimum of 7 years of experience in HR Funtion

• Experience in Recruitment, Training & Development with ISO knowledgeable in Occupational safety and Work Environmental area

• intermediate in both written and spoken in English
