Responsibilities :

  • Manage and maintain minutes of BOD’s meetings, shareholders’ meeting and etc
  • Responsible for Corporate Legal, Litigation, Contracts/Agreement Drafting and Reviewing and compliance
  • Manage the secretarial office to serve as the center for corporate records such as the juristic person register, the memorandum and articles of association, the shareholder register and business licenses.
  • Ensure that corporate information disclosure and related regulatory filings are in accordance with laws and regulations.
  • Handle secretarial support to management level for our affiliates companies.
  • Prepare reports
  • Maintain all matters relating to executive administration and assistance in a confidential, pleasant and professional manner
  • Coordinate and follow up on projects

Qualifications :

  • Female, Age 30 – 40 years old
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Law, Finance, Business Administration or related fields
  • Good working knowledge and experience with Thai laws
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in corporate secretary for listed company
  • Excellent command of English and computer literacy
  • Mature and be able to work independently 
  • Effective time management skills and ability to work under deadline pressure
