Responsibilities :

• Policy service transaction within Turn-around-Time.
• Pending pipeline management and efficient follow up.
• Monitoring.
• Effective communication with sales channels and customers, including provide regular reports and follow-up for improved quality of the business transaction.
• Deal with other functions such investment team to ensure the period for paying any fund benefit is adequate and accurate.
• Develops and improves the experience in a part of fund knowledge to develop the career part.
• Work with the Customer team to improve customer service best practices that reflect the commitment to achieving the highest standard of satisfaction, excitement, and loyalty.
• Initiate the digital tools service to improve their service.

Qualifications :

• Bachelor’s degree in any field preferably business-related fields especially the financial part.
• 3 – 5 years of experience in the insurance business.
• Experience in Unit Link product is preferred.
