Responsiblities :

  • Plan, control market research to study and analyze consumer demands to identify market opportunity by collaborating with the Marketing Intelligence Department. 
  • Supervise the preparation of the analysis to support planning of the product Portfolio, coordinating with the Marketing Intelligence Department.
  • Plan, supervise, control and coordinate on the selection of new products and recommendations made to the Marketing Director.
  • Submit the market opportunity to the Regional Category Representatives and the Global Brand Team to consider for new product development.
  • Plan, control and coordinate with other divisions to develop the marketing activities of new product launches and create new marketing activities.
  • Plan, control and coordinate with other related parties to create marketing promotions.
  • Introduce new product pricing to the Marketing Director that considers the most profitability for the company to remain competitive in the market.
  • Collaborate with the Inventory Planning team to measure product management e.g. TNA/EXCESS/NLA.
  • SKU Rationalization: Recommend the reduction of low profitability SKUs to the Marketing Director for consideration.
  • Plan, control, and oversee the use of the budget of each product category respectively
  • Consider and present the budget of each marketing activity to the Marketing Director.
  • Manage and control budgeting as planned
  • Plan and determine new ways that enhance the product knowledge of ABOs and create product / brand awareness for the consumers, which support ABOs to do business more easily.
  • Coordinate with the Corporate Communication Division, Training Department and Marketing Service Department for media production, training programs and marketing activities.
  • Control product information on all touch points such as Trainer, KM – Knowledge Management, Call Center, Business Coordinator and the Operation Management team for understanding and communication of product knowledge to ABOs effectively.
  • Provide and support product / business consultation to ABOs. Contact with ABOs both official and unofficially to get and exchange any comments as well as respond to all inquiries.
  • Maintaining relations with Industrial Opinion Leaders or Experts in different fields related to products.
  • Coordinate with the Corporate Communication Division, Training Center, Marketing Service Department to invite professional guest speakers to work with the company.
  • Plan, assign, monitor and consult on subordinates’ performance.
  • Assess and make recommendation for performance improvement.
  • Recommend training and development appropriate to all subordinates.
  • Meetings with subordinates regularly in the department.
  • Training staff to have a positive attitude towards the organization and collaboration in the team.
  • Study and the development of subordinates to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Selection of employees to work more efficiently and in the right job.

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor degree in marketing, international business or related field.
  • Experience at least 7 years’ experience in marketing with a minimum of 3 years in supervisor position.
  • Fluent in English. Expertise in Computer skills. Good interpersonal and communication skills. Leadership skills. Analytical ability, presentation skills and self-motivated. Able to work independently.
