Responsibilities :

• Direct and control the finance team to ensure that they are appropriately motivated, trained, and carry out their responsibilities to the required standard and under SOX compliance.
• Review, monitor and take all necessary actions to ensure the efficient and effective finance operation.
• Develop credit team to have good credit analysis skill for new customers to determine the current credit position of customers, and risk management skill to mitigate possibility of bad debt.
• Monitor cash flow and manage fund sourcing from external leasing companies.
• Develop good relationship and business connection with dealer and direct customers, external leasing companies, insurance company, financial institutions and other company divisions.
• Maintain all necessary records and ensure that relevant tax (withholding tax, credit note) and financial information are passed to accounting staff.
• Prepare analysis and necessary monthly reports, and drive on resolution and collaboration.

Qualifications :

• Bachelor degree in Accounting, Finance or MBA
• At least 5 years of experience in management level for credit & collection and corporate finance with knowledge of finance regulations and requirements.
• Good credit analysis skill using credit bureau information, background checks, insurance information for direct customers (SME, limited partnership, limited company).
• Good knowledge of fund sourcing from external leasing companies.
• Good command of English.
• Good analytical skills.
• Good report writing and presentation skills.
• Good leadership, communication and negotiation skills.
• Qualification as a certified public accountant or auditor is preferable
