Responsibilities :

• Responsible in training financial knowledge and wealth management or life insurance products to internal team and business partners
• Responsible in conducting motivation course and other courses related to unit link and saving products or other life insurance products for internal and external business partners
• Responsible in conducting customer forum session to stimulate life insurance and other financial products sales
• Responsible in co-developing training curriculum and materials together with curriculum development team

Qualifications : 

• Bachelor Degree Holder
• Minimum 5 years training experience in banking or life insurance industry
• Financial background knowledge
• Strong personality, energetic with strong communication and presentation skills
• Flexibility in travelling to upcountry
