Responsibilities :

  • Delivering Projects, Services & Products in the domain of Building Solutions comprising BMS, Security & Fire Detection & Alarm Systems, Physical Safes.
  • Program management of Projects: - Scope, Cost budget, schedule and Customer expectations - Closure / hand over of projects - Drive improvement in delivered margins through labor and material productivity - Measure & improve customer satisfaction (MFA / NPS)
  • Service operations: - Delivery of warranty obligations post hand over and follow thru’ maintenance service contracts meeting SLAs - Enhance extraction of “Do & Charge” / spares - Reduce attrition of portfolio - Drive price improvements on renewals - Measure & improve customer satisfaction (MFA/ NPS) - Warehouse ops / Inventory management
  • Utilization & billability of workforce for efficiency
  • Forecasting revenue (sales) and margin from backlog / book & ship conversion  Workforce planning
  • Supporting Sales pursuits
  • Competency development of Operations team
  • Drive continuous improvement in delivery processes for productivity and customer satisfaction
  • Leadership of Operations team comprising Project Managers / Project Leads / Service Manager / Service engineers, Technicians for employee engagement & motivation.

​Qualifications :

  • Graduate Engineer from a reputed university.
  • Buildings Solutions (Security / Fire / BMS) industry domain
  • Direct contracting business (Systems Integration project & After-market services)
  • Total experience of 17-20 years, of which at least 5 years in managerial role of leading Operations - projects /service. Program management of multiple projects / service contracts.
  • Min 3 years of managing a sub-P&L - conversant with Sales accrual methods of Projects / Services, Cost control, Utilization / billability tracking of direct workforce, Customer escalations, Collection and Receivables management.
  • Familiarity with contracts Ts & Cs.
  • People leadership - assessment, providing feedback, identifying and deploying development needs of employees in the team.
  • Articulate in English (verbal and written skills)
  • Prior experience of MNC preferable
