Responsibilities :

• Monitor and verify accounts receivable transactions to ensure that they are completed timely and accurately
• Ensure timely accounts receivable collection
• Ensure accounting documents (such as Credit note, Debit Note, Direct Tax Invoice)
• Prepare month end closing report and perform month end closing activities regarding schedule of each subsidiaries.
• Prepare and update AR aging analysis report
• Coordinate effectively with other functions to balance company’s objectives with both internal and external clients’ conditions and expectations.
• Perform other related duties as assigned and ad hoc assign such a financial analyst, Reconcile Monthly Bank Statement, check outstanding balance and makes update payment statements including presentation reports to high management.

Qualifications :

• Bachelor Degree of Finance, Accounting or other related
• At least 3 – 5 years of working experience in Finance or Accounting, especially in AR, Credit Control or Collection field.
• Knowledge of SAP especially in AR & SD and FI module is preferable
• Good Analysis, Accuracy and Problem-solving skills
• Good Communication English /Thai and Interpersonal Skills
