Report to
Sales Director

Responsibilities : 

• Develop sales plans, activities, campaigns and ensure the implementation of the sales strategies to achieve the established objectives, including meeting/exceeding sales targets in the relevant market(s)

• Forecast customer/market trends for forward planning and monitor competitors’ activities in the specific market(s)

• Maintain positive long-term relationships with key accounts / distributors / dealers through customer visits and providing consultation services and support on products

• Manage the day-to-day sales operational activities for customers

• Participate in the development of the sales, marketing, customer retention, advertising and customer satisfaction for the specific country/region

• Oversee the sales support activities such as administration, customer service, invoicing and credit and collections

• Handle pricing management based on market price information

• Handle customer complaints/product returns

• Conduct product trainings/workshops for distributors/dealers

• Coordinate ideal OEM/OES/LS & E market approach with the related departments (LS & E Product Management)

• Inventory management of moving/non-moving products (OEM/OES)

• Any other responsibilities assigned by Sales Director

 

Qualifications :

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/ Degree in Engineering / Marketing

• Minimum 5 years’ relevant experience in channels distributions in Industrial Air / Membrane / Environmental Air markets. Relevant overseas / regional experience in a MNC environment will be advantageous

• Experience in any of the following area)/sectors will be a plus: o Semi-Conductor o Pharmaceutical o Healthcare o Power Generation

• Excellent interpersonal and coordination skills

• Possess technical understanding of the product

• Proven sales track record

• Great team player who has a positive and sales-driven mindset, energetic and self-motivated
