Responsibilities: 

• Supervise team of trainers to ensure the team’s capabilities serve the business.
• Manage, guide and develop “train the trainers” capabilities to expand their capabilities
• Supervise trainers on face to face and virtual classes
• Work with curriculum team in developing training course and content
• Maintain strong relationships with business partners to provide training supports on products and services
• Innovate and implement new training method delivery
• Join in working committee with business partners to mutually agree and develop training strategy, sales qualities
• Adjust training method to improve competencies of trainers as well as business partners’ staff

Qualifications : 

• Bachelor’s degree
• Thai national
• Good command of English
• Outward mindset
• At least 15 years’ experience in sales training experience out of which 5 years in training management level
• Experience in insurance, finance or banking businesses will be advantageous
