Responsibilities :

  • Leads multiple cross functional projects in Specialized Nutrition Category in Thailand
  • Lead and Manages cross functional project members and CBU extended project teams
  • Ensures projects are delivered on time and on budget 
  • Manages stakeholders at different levels, ensures proper communication and alignment at all levels

Main responsibilities & KPIs:

  • Learn and be an expert on the SN WAY innovation management process.
  • Develops and maintains project time plans, incorporates interdependencies of activities
  • Coordinates core team meetings, ensures all info is documented and saved properly.
  • Presents project updates in key meetings like LIM and CIM
  • Ensures timely decisions about projects; influences and challenges where necessary.
  • Tracks process metrics and project success criteria.  Reports performance measures.  Ensures post-launch reviews are conducted.

  • All relevant category projects under SN
  • Key stakeholders management – Country Managers, Marketing Directors, project teams and IRO Director

Qualifications :

  • Minimum 7 years overall working experience, preferably in fields of Operations/ Plant/ Activity Management/ Innovation Management etc.
  • Basic understanding of SN business
  • Computer skills especially advanced knowledge of MS Powerpoint and MS Excel; MS Project experience will be preferred
  • Demonstrated core competencies in working with cross-functional teams
  • Ideal candidate should be comfortable in collaborating with diverse cross-functional colleagues
  • Fluent in English

Nice to have:

  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification and/or willing to undergo professional training and certification within 18-24 months of appointment
  • Experience in managing innovation and / or Project Management a plus
