Responsibilities :
- Deploy Global Commercial Excellent analytics and data automation solutions to commercial stakeholders in COUNTRY/ CLUSTER.
- Maximize the automation of data processing and reporting leveraging aligned Global tools and processes.
- Design local solutions to fill gaps in analytics and automations only when specifically needed in COUNTRY/ CLUSTER.
- Provide key data and insights related to execution, performance and best practices to COUNTRY/ CLUSTER Commercial Excellent and commercial leadership.
- Support key processes such as incentive compensation automation, sales data loads into CRM, President’s Club reporting, etc.
- Ensure analytics and automation system improvement feedback is provided back to region Commercial Excellent to be integrated into future system design. Key Performance Indicators
- COUNTRY/ CLUSTER commercial team and leader adoption/ engagement on analytics and automation systems
- Speed and quality of deployment of analytics and automation systems
- Data quality and consistency reported in analytics and automation systems • Adoption of GCE analytics solutions by COUNTRY/ CLUSTER leadership and inclusion in business review processes.
- Timeliness of delivery of data and upload of data in key systems to Region and Global teams for core processes (e.g. incentive comp automation, President’s Club reporting, sales reporting, etc)
- Qualitative feedback from COUNTRY/ CLUSTER key stakeholders on analytics and automation systems collected via surveys and advisory boards
Qualifications :
- Bachelors (Masters Preferred) in business, economics or related quantitative field
- 3 years analytics system usage and management experience (preferably Einstein Analytics and Tableau)
- 3 years’ experience with data processing automation tools/ ETLs (Alteryx preferred)
- Salesforce.com 201 Administrator Certified preferred
- Field sales or marketing experience preferred
- Successful commercial change management experience
- Strong quantitative aptitude
- Deep understanding of field force technologies (e.g. Salesforce.com CRM systems, tablet hardware, analytics systems preferred)
- Understanding of COUNTRY/ CLUSTER Healthcare Market Environment preferred
