Responsibilities : 

• Lead and develop team undermanagement to be high performing team
• Manage and drive distribution business for execution all the sale plan
• Creation of comprehensive business cases to support the evaluation of business development
• opportunities including market forecasts, projection, cost/benefit analysis, process flow, structures,
• IRR, others (if any)
• Development new or assigned projects as a project leader or project assistance to lead, collaborate
• and develop project for excellent execution as well as keep monitoring and reporting both during
• the development and after execution
• Creation of new initiatives that could enhance Distribution business in terms of performance,
• process, competitiveness, digital, support and relevant aspects

Qualifications :

• 10+ year experiences in project management, cooperate/strategic planning, consultancy and/or
• related fields
• Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Finance, Business, Economics, Engineering and/or related fields
• Possess “Can do” attitude, entrepreneurial spirit, practical creativity, a strong determination &
• commitment to deliver results
• Project management skill with solid communication & leadership
• Good command of both spoken and written in English
