Responsibilities :
o Grow the Enterprise Business in Thailand covering strategic directions and implementations in a timely manner
o Manage and work with concerned parties to ensure coherence to the regional strategy and roll out.
o Speed to market is on top of mind all the time, balancing governance and transformation in the same breadth. Clear and level he
o Drive customer acquisition through SME in a rapid pace, drive new business value through the SME Ecosystem.
o Deal with complex business issues on a daily basis; drive tough negotiations and able to work with limited resources and yet produce results with clear understanding of Greenfield approach.
o Undertake and manage the P&L of the SME Business will full accountability and manage outcomes. Business must be growing annually at a rapid pace due to the size of Thailand market.
Qualifications :
o A bachelor degree in any field
o At least a 3-year of non-life insurance experience
o At least a 7-year of Contact Center experience
o Avaya telephony system experience will be advantage
o Strong people management
o Be analytical and systematic
o Be creative, logical and good communicator
o Be patient and able to solve any immediate problems
o Be skilled in Microsoft Office 365
o Be accountability for all assigned duties.
o Good command of written and spoken English.
o Be enthusiastic in learning and developing.
o Be honest and service-minded.
