Responsibilities :
· Responsible for structuring and ensure timely execution of strategic initiatives through the development of work plans, gathering and generation of relevant data, driving analyses, and the development of actionable recommendations.
· Layout diagnosis of company positioning, facilitate creation of guiding policies and monitor the coherent action plans
· Formulate as well as assist company strategies to diversify in new complementary markets and products.
· Provide actionable suggestions for responding to new threats plus opportunities rising in marketplace.
· Assist annual planning process for arising corporate initiatives and operating framework.
· Analyze strategic rationale for all strategic business development opportunities.
· Suggest strategic business development initiatives and priorities.
· Perform with senior leader from business unit to facilitate strategic development process.
· Develop business plan for entire new corporate ventures.
· Lead corporate strategy team to achieve business plan.
Qualifications :
o A bachelor degree in any field
o At least a 3-year of non-life insurance experience
o At least a 7-year of Contact Center experience
o Avaya telephony system experience will be advantage
o Strong people management
o Be analytical and systematic
o Be creative, logical and good communicator
o Be patient and able to solve any immediate problems
o Be skilled in Microsoft Office 365
o Be accountability for all assigned duties.
o Good command of written and spoken English.
o Be enthusiastic in learning and developing.
o Be honest and service-minded.
