Report to
National Sales Manager
Responsibilities :
- Achieve sales target for responsible areas.
- Coordinate forecasts and reports.
- Contribute to the development of the sales, marketing, and customer retention, advertising, pricing and distribution strategies for the region.
- Ensure implementation of product strategies within responsible area.
- Work closely with sales team to plan and execute product's sales and distribution, monitor and evaluate sale performance, to ensure that it is executed effectively to achieve sale target.
- Consolidate data of sales growth and analyze data to come up with the action plans and suggest to all regions.
- To update our promotion in market of each month.
- To seek our opportunity or new channel market.
- To update competitor and our status in market.
- Meeting with Sales team every month before trip started for update any information of monthly.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor degree in Science, Medical Science or related fields.
- 5 years’ experience in sales area – OTC/ Modern trade.
- 1 year’ experience in managing sales team.
- Have a strong leadership skill and competency in building and developing team.
- Be self-motivated, result-oriented and able to work under pressure.
- Have excellent communication and negotiation skills.
