National Sales Manager

Responsibilities : 

  • Achieve sales target for responsible areas.
  • Coordinate forecasts and reports.
  • Contribute to the development of the sales, marketing, and customer retention, advertising, pricing and distribution strategies for the region.
  • Ensure implementation of product strategies within responsible area.
  • Work closely with sales team to plan and execute product's sales and distribution, monitor and evaluate sale performance, to ensure that it is executed effectively to achieve sale target.
  • Consolidate data of sales growth and analyze data to come up with the action plans and suggest to all regions.
  • To update our promotion in market of each month.
  • To seek our opportunity or new channel market.
  • To update competitor and our status in market.
  • Meeting with Sales team every month before trip started for update any information of monthly.

Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor degree in Science, Medical Science or related fields.
  • 5 years’ experience in sales area – OTC/ Modern trade.
  • 1 year’ experience in managing sales team.
  • Have a strong leadership skill and competency in building and developing team.
  • Be self-motivated, result-oriented and able to work under pressure.
  • Have excellent communication and negotiation skills.
