Report to
Senior Digital Marketing & eCommerce Manager

Responsibilities : 

  • Drive company sales target achievement by proposing and providing eCommere and digital marketing end-to-end solutions to prospect clients.
  • Plan and develop sales strategy and direction to achieve the target
  • Manage sales target in accordance with project profit & loss.
  • Control, analyze and improve sales process (Sales’ activities vs KPI) along with Digital Marketing & eCommerce team to maximize the profit.
  • Ensure excellent data insight, management, and quality strategies are implemented for the client.
  • Collaborate and develop relationships with clients, internal teams and partners to understand the feasibility of online business recommendations.
  • Evaluate & monitor the individual sales performance with improvement plan.
  • Control sales documentations (MSA, SOW, NDA, PO etc.) with related departments.
  • Closely work with internal/external teams to ensure all operation process runs seamlessly.
  • Perform any related duties and special projects as assigned


  • Experience in C&B area minimum 8 years
  • Strong  analytical skills and good logical thinking
  • Familiar working with numbers, and data analysis
  • Intermediate Excel and PowerPoint
  • Excellent in English both in written and oral communication
