Leading FMCG Company


  • Lead and manage reward strategy and C&B operations ensure the Company C&B is attractive and competitive with market. Keep abreast with market trend and movement, local legislation. Partner with CHRO and HRBP to understand business and design right solutions to drive business growth
  • Develop Total Reward strategy to support HR agenda and drive for business growth with sustainability
  • Assess the impact of changing requirements in competitive environments on the compensation and benefits plans and participants, and makes recommendations to improve processes or programs
  • Manage compensation & benefits end to end process, including market benchmarking, salary planning, focal point review, people cost & budgeting, managing C&B providers
  • Measures effectiveness of the Total Reward Tools for the Company, and lead on development or changes in Reward Tools/ projects
  • Design and develop C&B policies to facilitate business operation, employee benefits, compensation management, work rules and regulation, and other related
  • Manage and control  job evaluation process, job structure, and other related to job leveling
  • Work and maintain relationship with group company to update and/or get alignment in reward development regularly


  • Experience in C&B area minimum 8 years
  • Strong  analytical skills and good logical thinking
  • Familiar working with numbers, and data analysis
  • Intermediate Excel and PowerPoint
  • Excellent in English both in written and oral communication
