Responsibilities:

• Manage and plan for the resource in laboratory to be ready for supporting business direction
• Plan, Implement and maintain system that improve credibility of laboratory, such as good laboratory practices (GLP), ISO 17025 accreditation, proficiency testing, etc.
• Be the Quality Manager as the role in ISO/IEC 17025 system
• Being accountable and responsible for overall safety, safety inspection, investigation, corrective & preventive action, and safety report, including Nature in laboratory
• Plan, implement and improve the testing equipment for chemical, physical, sensory and microbiological tests according to the manufacturing process capabilities and R&D new project for local production
• Plan, manage and prepare enough resource for laboratory work, in all areas such as human resource, equipment, consumable, infrastructure, etc.
• Laboratory team member of Proficiency Testing programs with Government lab, external lab and Ring Trial programs with CLF
• Ensure that production or manufacturing process including environmental control are carried out in compliance with hygiene and GMP standards
• Liaison with Government laboratory and Thai FDA when required
• Work with Laboratory team to level up laboratory standards and improve lab cost efficiency and productivity
• Support laboratory testing for customer complaint sample and another request from another department, e.g. R&D sample

Qualifications:

• At least 5 years experienced in laboratory 
• Very good knowledge in GLP, ISO/IEC 17025 and Laboratory management system
• Well understand in Laboratory process and quality control include proficiency management
• Analytical and troubleshooting skill
