A Leading Global Automotive Manufacturer is looking for a reliable and enthusiastic help desk support service agent who will be a key team member responsible for taking support calls and resolving queries. (Iphone/Ipad/Laptops/Windows Server).

Responsibilities:

  • Working as a part of team to design and implement enterprise level application system mainly Intramart system, Microsoft SharePoint, SAP support based
  • Provide technical helpdesk supports on software/hardware to internal users
  • Analyze business process and formulate proposals for changes in the process and accompanying information system, in order to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the business process transaction
  • Conduct and communicate with internal users for projects or other tasks assigned by supervisor
  • Responsible for software support to meet business requirements

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor Degree or above in Information Technology, Computer Science or related fields
  • Experience in business requirement analysis, business process design, personal computer configuration, system testing, data migration or user training
  • Good in communication skill, service mind, problem solving and logical thinking
  • Good knowledge in SQL Language, Database Skill, Document Management System, Workflow Applications
  • Proficient knowledge of various network architectures, protocols, LAN, WAN, VPN, and internet environments
  • Ability to acquire knowledge in a short timescale
  • Enthusiastic in learning, self-motivated and a good team player
