Responsibilities :
- Manages the process for development, execution and evaluation of media plans for their area of responsibility.
- Manages the process for development and execution of creative (TV, Radio, Outdoor, Print and Restaurant merchandising, etc.) for their area of responsibility
- Actively participate in strategic business planning process and lead the development of Marketing strategies
- Manages the process for developing relationships with strategic business partners for their area of responsibility
- Manages the product development process to ensure on time new product/4th flavour launches and support plans are comprehensively executed
- Manages A&P funds for their area of responsibility to achieve desired marketing objectives within agreed level of spending
- Manages the process to ensure promotions are well-planned, executed and measured effectively
- Ensures the proper use of the trademarks, logos and ensures all advertising materials have legal and creative approval.
- Gathers, analyzes, and provides accurate, relevant, timely information so that agencies make the best recommendations
- Consistently uses of consumer tracking systems to track consumer response to brand and marketing activities
- Monitors competitive activities and likely impact on short and long term
- Interprets and evaluates information related to sales, P&L, promotional evaluation, competition, general economic trends, and qualitative/quantitative research
Qualification :
-At least 15 years’ experience in marketing out of which 5 years in QSR and or FMCG of F&B categories
- Good English communications skills
- Good interpersonal skills
- Mature, highly responsible, smart, proactive, fast learner
- Ability to work under pressure and solve problems wisely
