Responsibilities :
- Assist in performing all tasks necessary to achieve the organization's mission and help execute staff succession and growth plans.
- Work with the President/CEO/Director on the strategic vision including fostering and cultivating stakeholder relationships on all levels, as well as assisting in the development and negotiation of contracts.
- Work with outsourced consultant in preparing for IPO for the company
- Participate in developing new business, specifically: assist the CEO in identifying new funding opportunities, the drafting of prospective programmatic budgets, and determining cost effectiveness of prospective service delivery.
- Manage all business planning, budgeting and forecasting processes from planning to approval (including preparing initial framework, assisting with planning, analyzing market/company growth trends, preparing financial models, facilitating planning sessions and presenting summaries), and facilitate interactions between the Business units to acquire accurate and timely financial information.
- Provide management with an operating budget. Work with the management to ensure programmatic success through cost analysis support, and compliance with all contractual and programmatic requirements for pharmaceutical manufacturing business
- Monitor and supervise accounting activities of various subsidiary, joint venture and associate companies.
- Establish internal and external benchmarks to monitor the company’s financial performance against competitors (including overhead costs/transactions, sales and marketing cost, growth rates, etc.) and develop a framework for measuring value-added business.
- Manage the company’s internal control environment, including the preparation of annual/quarterly financial statements and liaison with the company’s auditors and audit committee member.
- Monitor compliance and regularly assess the adequacy of existing controls and identify and recommend new controls as appropriate.
- Monitor banking, treasury and fiscal arrangements appropriate for the scale of business (e.g. overseas accounts, treasury deposits, FX hedging) and implement improvements as required.
- Manage the company’s cash flow to ensure adequate funds are available to meet the company’s financial’s commitments.
- Attend Board and Subcommittee meetings, Shareholder; including being the lead staff on the Audit/Finance Committee.
- Train the Finance Unit and other staffs on raising awareness and knowledge of financial management matters.
- Additional tasks and responsibilities as required in the execution of the company’s business plan
Qualifications :
- Male or Female, Thai nationality.
- Bachelor or Master's degree at an accredited college or university or equivalent work experience.
- Experience 10-15 years in Finance or related fields, with 5 years in an executive-level position
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) preferred.
- Strong analytical skills and work under pressure within deadline.
- Good supervisory skills, decision-making ability, effective communication, time management ability and stress management ability.
- Good personality, interpersonal and leadership skills and positive thinking.
- Good command of English in speaking and writing
