Responsibilities:

Reporting directly to the Managing Director, you will lead all initial production related aspects of the manufacturing process.  The factory specializes in gold and diamond set jewelry, using both machine and hand crafting manufacturing techniques.  Main role is to improve and develop the manufacturing and quality processes.

• Managing Production line to meet company KPIs.
• Set up yearly budget plan and monitor that it remains according to plan
• Managing Ensure that products are produced on time, high Productivity and are good quality.
• Ensuring that the production in cost effective
• Monitoring the production process and follow up plan as Master Plan
• Collaborating with other managers to achieve company's KPIs.
• Develop & Increase skill for subordinates

Qualifications:

• Experience in precious metal jewelry manufacturing.
• Technical proficiency to understand and interpret jewelry design drawings.
• Knowledge of industry benchmarks which guide high levels of overall operational efficiency and cost effective production scheduling.
• Experience and success with process improvements including utilizing techniques and tools for process improvement.
• Strong leadership and people management capabilities with cross-functional organizational effectiveness.
• A demonstrated ability to effectively manage multiple priorities.
• Strong decision making skills.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
