Responsibilities:

• Oversee product production plans research and product development
• Supervise and manage the production process to achieve the work plan
• Planning in accordance with sales and marketing plans
• Supervise the management of factory safety systems
• Organize environmental management systems according to standards
• Determine the plan for raw material quality inspection
• Determine the plan for inspection of processing quality
• Other related work

Qualifications:

• Have expertise in industrial production management Have skills in coffee products, coffee beans, various related processes Until leading to the finished product ready for sale
• B.S. or M.T. degree with 5+ years' experience
• English language skills, oral and written
• Excellent human relation and effective communication skills required
• Experience in leading teams. Able to attract, develop and build effective teams. Empowers them the be their best versions
• Ability to influence all levels in the organization
