Head of channel Strategy
Responsibilities:
- Committed to respect specific rules to comply with the WHO Code and any related regulations applying locally
- Being accountable and responsible for safety
- Fully manage System (Sales Force Effectiveness) and database.
- Maintain all Master data in system ie. Healthcare professional, Healthcare Nutrition Advisor, account, product information, price, promotion etc. and monitor quality data key-in from Healthcare Nutrition Advisor.
- Extract summary report from system ie. Call report, census, spending etc.
- Mapping data report from system to another source.
- Provide technical support for System.
- setup Distributor in sales matrix, Ez Rx, and zip-online to support ordering and report
- Facilitate Solution team to fully implement the system.
- Coordinate with Healthcare Nutrition team and cross-functional including distributor to support Healthcare Nutrition activation program
- Effectively ie Follow up with Supply and distributor on Edu kit & Donation delivery, Work with Healthcare Nutrition Advisor, Customer Service or Connection to handle Healthcare professional complaint.
- Support data information to analyze Healthcare Nutrition activation effectiveness.
- Performs other related duties of a similar type and at a similar level.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or similar is strongly preferred
- 3-5 years experiences in Information data system, have experience in Customer Service will be more advantage
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills; must be able to work well with multiple departments such as marketing, sales, finance, support, etc.
- Advanced understanding of Excel. (Pivot tables, filters, data sorts, v-lookups, and advanced formulas)
- Experiences in SAP, Cognos will be advantage.
