Responsibilities:

• To review and draft agreements and legal documents both in Thai and English.
• To provide advice on legal matters to minimize the legal risk and to enhance the benefits of the company
• To assist in advising on compliance and regulatory developments to ensure the business remains compliant in business activities
• To support legal administrative process
• To coordinate with external lawyer and government officials from time to time.
• To monitor the updated laws and regulations.
• Other tasks as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor or Master degree in Law and experience more than 5 years
• Candidates who graduated from prestigious universities in Thailand is a plus
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent personality, detail-oriented and the ability to meet deadlines.
• Good command of English, both speaking and writing skills.
• Computer literate in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
