Responsibilities:

• Implement and control the support of the cross-functional supplier selection team with required quality data;
• Ensure that in sourcing decisions the supplier will be selected under consideration of the total costs of ownership approach (for mechanical parts)
• Implementation and control of failure prevention orientated, advanced quality management measures in the design / development phase for supplied goods and services to ensure that our products meet the defined quality requirements (for mechanical parts)
• Implementation and control of failure prevention orientated, advanced quality management measures in the design / development phase for supplied goods and services to ensure that our products meet the defined quality requirements (for mechanical parts)
• Tracking of the supplier quality related costs (QRC)
• Implementation and execution of consequent supplier management activities to track any quality deviation (zero tolerance for defects)
• Implement, maintain and control the efficiency of the defined Supplier Quality Management System (procedures, guidelines and tools), to ensure the requested quality in line with the CA Quality strategies in order to meet the cost- and productivity targets
• Maintain a data evaluation and reporting system for all supplier quality related key performance indicators (KPI's) and publish periodical quality performance reports and ensure that appropriate improvement actions are initiated
• Control the effectiveness of SQM procedures and drive the improvement programs

Qualifications:

• Technical academic studies or comparable education
• Several years of experience in different SQM / production / Customer Quality functions
• Experience with Supplier development, continuous improvement, quality assurance, industrial engineering, production, preferred
• Experience in a leadership position preferred
• Experience in working with international teams on Quality issues
• Understanding for different foreign cultures
