  • Responsible for Compensation & Benefits Research, Analysis and Administration for ASEAN, Australia and New Zealand countries.
  • Coordinate with Mercer to manage Compensation and Benefit survey.
  • Develop review and propose Salary Structure to align in the market competitive.
  • Design and develop Promotional Increase Model/Structure for all salary grades of local national employees.
  • Responsible for Compensation Program Development including; competitive compensation surveys, benchmark positions/position matching process, survey data analysis and interpretation, development of annual merit allocation, development of salary ranges, new or revised program proposal development and approval processes
  • Lead the annual salary planning cycle including the development of the merit quota, local bonus plan and presenting analyses and recommendations to Management.
  • Participate in the salary survey and lead research and analysis of market data to ensure competitive compensation programs.
  • Work with functional managers on job evaluation and job matching for salary survey.
  • Analyzing the company's competitive pay position and recommending salary range.
  • Develop and propose Merit planning, Bonus guidelines and process.
  • Coordinate the Bonus metrics setting and communication process.
  • Plan, develop and implement compensation, Reward & Recognition program and policies.
  • Monitor the compensation aspect of the promotion and merit rating programs to ensure adherence to established policies.
  • Administer salary and bonus program for all employee.
  • Advise HR business leaders on salary recommendation on hiring and promotion according to guidelines.


  • At least 10 years of C&B experience
  • Bachelor’s Degree or Master’s Degree in Human resource Management or related field
  • Fluent in English skill communication
  • Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
