Responsibilities:

  • Leading and distributing the work in the department, which handles order receipt, order processing, invoicing and shipping.
  • The supply manager is a super user on customers' portals and systems.
  • Be accountable for supply chain performance improvements, including supplier certification and the supplier S&OP process. Works closely with relevant functional areas and assigns resources to supply chain performance improvement projects.
  • Accountable to achieve People, Quality, Velocity, Cost targets across enterprise supply chain measurements. Be accountable for supply chain key performance indicators in the areas of Committed Ship Date conformance and inventory turns.
  • Ensures facility production schedules provide proper product availability to dealers/customers while balancing manufacturing constraint issues. Leads facility Sales and Operations Planning, ensuring robust process conformance.
  • Provides input to business unit goals and strategy development. Be accountable for development of the supply chain organizational design, key enterprise inventory metrics, point of use material availability, prime product availability.
  • Supply chain span of control includes supply chain processes, planning, material requirements, inventory management, demand and orders management, supply chain performance and logistics.
  • Provides leadership and direction to supply chain teams responsible for the management of all facility supply functions in alignment with the Order-to-Delivery and the Velocity.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Supply Chain or similar relevant fields.
  • At least 5 years working experience as Supply Chain Supervisor/Manager
  • Have knowledge of import raw material and export products under BOI privilege.
  • Prior ERP or similar MRP planning system experience preferred.
  • Good command of the English language with computer proficiency.
  • Strong in computer skills i.e. MS Office 
  • Knowledge of ISO9001/TS 16949 and ISO 14001 are an advantage.
