Main Job Opportunity:

  • Helping the business meet its top line sales objectives
  • Sales plan for NPI and NPI tracking
  • Develop consumer promotion strategies with proper action standards and measurement criteria.
  • Develop category based propositions for key accounts to help ANI drive category growth
  • Develop Trade Marketing Strategy to help achieve sales and distribution objectives
  • Develop channel strategies for existing and new channels.

Position experiences:

  • Execute channel marketing management assignments in multiple categories.
  • Carry brand strategy and P&L responsibility.
  • Possess a track record of tangible results in each role
  • Demonstrate an understanding of business drivers and an ability to influence them to achieve growth.
  • Turn around under-performing or failing brand(s). Take on and succeed with assignments where risks and opportunities are high. Overcome obstacles.
  • Work in more than one business, in more than one geographic location.
  • Launch new brands and new products. Bring innovations to existing brands and products to market.

Trade Marketing Management Expertise

  • Resource acquisition & allocation, trade spend ROI
  • Launch recommendations
  • Trade/retail and/or healthcare/institutional marketing
  • Competitive benchmarking and strategies – assortment, pricing, merchandising and promotion
  • Category dynamics, customer, consumer, and shopper insights and understanding
  • Product branding and messaging


  • Bachelor’s degree and above in Business Administration, or nay related fields.
  • Trade marketing experience, market research experience in consumer goods industry is a plus.
  • Strategic thinking, self-starter and excellent execution.
  • Strong collaborative, interpersonal, oral and written communication skills to work within and cross functions.
  • English proficient
