Responsibilities:
Main Job Opportunity:
- Helping the business meet its top line sales objectives
- Sales plan for NPI and NPI tracking
- Develop consumer promotion strategies with proper action standards and measurement criteria.
- Develop category based propositions for key accounts to help ANI drive category growth
- Develop Trade Marketing Strategy to help achieve sales and distribution objectives
- Develop channel strategies for existing and new channels.
Position experiences:
- Execute channel marketing management assignments in multiple categories.
- Carry brand strategy and P&L responsibility.
- Possess a track record of tangible results in each role
- Demonstrate an understanding of business drivers and an ability to influence them to achieve growth.
- Turn around under-performing or failing brand(s). Take on and succeed with assignments where risks and opportunities are high. Overcome obstacles.
- Work in more than one business, in more than one geographic location.
- Launch new brands and new products. Bring innovations to existing brands and products to market.
Trade Marketing Management Expertise
- Resource acquisition & allocation, trade spend ROI
- Launch recommendations
- Trade/retail and/or healthcare/institutional marketing
- Competitive benchmarking and strategies – assortment, pricing, merchandising and promotion
- Category dynamics, customer, consumer, and shopper insights and understanding
- Product branding and messaging
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree and above in Business Administration, or nay related fields.
- Trade marketing experience, market research experience in consumer goods industry is a plus.
- Strategic thinking, self-starter and excellent execution.
- Strong collaborative, interpersonal, oral and written communication skills to work within and cross functions.
